I am a writer and journalist in Houston. My novel "Piano Girl" was named as the winner in the 2023 Writers’ League of Texas Manuscript Contest in the historical fiction category. My poem "The Bite" was published by Pulse. I am working on a memoir about my recovery from stroke.
